Saving Money for Your Wedding During this Economy
Date: Thursday April 16, 2009Posted in: Customer Service, Weddings
During these hard economical times, we’re all looking for ways to save a little bit more money by cutting some ends. Planning a wedding is no exception. While it may seem some places are raising their prices, at Pink Princess we’re cutting back prices and putting them in our “SALE” section of the web site, as well as offering free shipping AND free returns.
For other items, that seems to get costly after awhile, like headpieces, why not get creative and make your own? Most arts and crafts store have a standard head band that you can just glue colored plastic flowers of your choice. Or just get little girls plain headband, and wrap a colored ribbon on that as well. It’s fun, easy, and affordable.
To save even more money on shipping, it’s best to order more than one item at a time. Most places now offer free Ground shipping when you order over a certain amount. Even if you don’t need one of the items until a later date, you’re assured you’ll have it in your hands by the time the event comes around.
There’s nothing wrong with hand-me-downs to save a little bit more money. What’s the point of having a dress, worn once, and just hanging in the closet? Selling it at a yard sell, or someone else, is a great way to get rid of dresses no longer being worn, and gives you back some of the money you spent. The other person can even get creative and add things onto it, or remove things from the dress, and make it look like a whole new dress.
It’s all about trying to save the most out of your money this year. By cutting a few unnecessary expenses and getting creative on the little things, you’ll be able to see the savings in your bank account without having to pinch your wallet.

With Easter coming up just in a few days, I figured why not show everyone which Easter dress styles were the most popular in 2009. This years favorite colors seemed to be apple green, and why not? Green is life and it often resembles nature, growth, renewal, health, and environment. The color goes well with gray, yellow, black, purple, lavender, and brown for nice contrast. So here goes the top ten best sellers:
Tweet and Twitter for Pink Princess
Date: Friday April 3, 2009Posted in: Customer Service, Twitter & Tweets
After hearing all these great things about Twitter, I finally added an account for Pink Princess. Looks like I’ve been pretty sucessful at following and adding followers. This will take some time to build up, but I’m looking foward to learning more about it as I go. Most importantly, I’m trying to see how Twitter will help customers know more about our flower girl dresses, communion dresses, Easter dresses, Christening gowns, Baptism dresses, boys suits, and boys tuxedos.
In the mean time, if you have already become an avid user of twitter, feel free to follow us at http://twitter.com/pinkprincess

Another year, with another fun holiday right around the corner. With Easter coming up, what better way for your little one to celebrate in the spirit of it than with a color dress from Pink Princess. Not only do we have a section of Easter Dress for your little princess, but also Etons and Short Sets for your little prince as well.
Whether they’re joining in on an Easter egg hunt or simply taking pictures, your child is sure to stand out with one of our many popular colored selections of outfits. From blue, to sage, or khaki, we’re sure you’ll find the perfect set for him to wear as well.
Holidays are about spending time with the ones we love. Why not do it while looking fashionable at a reasonable price. We offer a 110% price protection policy just in case you happen to find an item on another web site. But why would you want to look anywhere else with such a big selection we offer? In case you’re not happy with your items, we now offer free returns as well.
Let other customers know how beautiful your child looks by submitting a picture in our Princess Gallery section as well. We pride ourselves in knowing we put a smile not only a child’s face, but on a parent as well.
